Darren has 15+ years experience in all aspects of Concrete Cutting as well as being in the Concrete Grinding & Polishing Industry.
For demolition work in cramped spaces where the job requires a maneuverable and compact machine with high demand of demolition efficiency. Equipped with a superior remote control for safer operation and easy maneuverability.
Hand sawing (also known as Demo sawing).
Our hand saws provide portability, accessibility and speed on your sites. Typical uses are for cutting concrete pipes, bricks, creating openings in walls and floors and for demolition works. Up to 150mm deep can also be used in conjunction with our Ringsaw for deeper cutting.
A concrete ring saw is a hand held machine that can be used in areas that are inaccessible by road saws but require sawing to a depth greater than 150mm. They can be used in conjunction with a hand saw to cut to a depth of 270mm, which is extremely useful for cutting block work and concrete walls. Ring sawing is also ideal for use in cutting concrete pipes, bricks, walls and floors.
They are also used for precision cutting to prevent pipes or concrete being overcut and damaged.
Road sawing is the most commonly used concrete cutting method. It is typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as floors, bridge decks, bitumen and pavement. Road (Floor) saws are typically used to provide expansion joints, remove concrete sections for demolition and remove damaged pavement sections.
Our FS 5000 D is a powerful diesel walk-behind floor saw with low emissions compliant with Tier 4 and Stage V regulations. The Road saw is of compact size (can fit through standard doorway), weight and balance is optimised for high production in service work applications cutting asphalt and concrete. With an impressive level of sustainable torque from the diesel engine, it maximises production rates in the toughest conditions and contributes to a healthier working environment.
The uses of wall sawing typically include cutting windows, doors, various building modifications such as elevators, stair openings, and separation cuts for demolition.
Wall saws are track mounted and demonstrate incredibly precise dimensions in nearly all areas of a building, namely walls, floors, roof, beams, and footings. OUR wall saws have the capability to create CUTS up to 730mm from one side at any angle and can even cut flush to adjacent surfaces.
Concrete wire sawing is a versatile and effective concrete sawing tool used for particularly challenging projects where traditional saws won’t work. When cutting through concrete structures, cross-sections, and other complex objects, manual saws are often unable to do the job effectively—when those situations arise, wire saws can get the job done. Once set up, wire saws can easily saw through any concrete, stone, or metal structure.
Concrete core drilling is mainly required for making holes in concrete surfaces. Most commonly, we use coring drills / rigs for on walls, ceilings, and floors. There are multiple purposes for that you need to hire coring professionals for making holes.
We provide all types of concrete grinding including:
Trip hazard removal, line marking removal, shower bases, tile adhesive removal & floor preparation for vinyl.
“SOFF-CUT”
The Soff-Cut® Ultra Early Entry™ dry-cutting system minimises the risk of random cracks in concrete.
This system is the optimal way to control random cracking, by cutting control joints as part of the finishing process, within the green zone.
Decorative concrete saw cutting is a way to give concrete aesthetic value. Saw cut patterns can range from geometric grids and shapes to intricate detailed pictures.
As with all flooring materials Polished Concrete has a variety of benefits that have made it an extremely popular flooring choice for the Residential, Commercial & Industrial Industries.
There are also some drawbacks to using it in certain areas, but many of them are easy to overcome, and in the end, the positives of polished concrete flooring far outweigh the negatives.
Efficient Concrete Scanner for structural analysis & to locate embedded objects in multiple layers to a depth of 300mm.
Applications include: Locating Rebars, Tendons, Metal & Plastic Conduits, Glass-Fibre Cables, Voids & Wood in Dry Concrete Structures.
Minimizing the risk of hitting objects in concrete when Cutting or Drilling.
We offer a Concrete Removal service – all concrete removed goes to a recycling plant where they crush it to repurpose it.
We do not take any of our concrete that we remove to Land Fill / Tips.
